Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty by notifying Wink & Wax at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
To cancel or reschedule, please text or call: (805) 616‑8473
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be considered a short‑notice cancellation.
Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive 5–7 minutes late, please text or call to let me know.
If no communication is received, your appointment may be classified as:

Reduced service time
For appointments with multiple services, a shorter service may be removed if there is not enough time to complete everything safely and properly. This is at the esthetician’s discretion.
If you are too late to be seen, I will assist you in rescheduling your appointment.
Missed / “No‑Show” Appointments
If two appointments are missed without calling or texting to cancel, reschedule, or notify of late arrival, all future appointments will require a $25 rebooking fee.
Wink & Wax reserves the right to refuse service to anyone based on conduct or repeated policy violations.
Refund Policy
Because esthetic services are based on time, product use, and professional expertise, all services are non‑refundable.
If you experience an issue with your service:

I will gladly assess the concern and determine whether a complimentary touch‑up or adjustment is appropriate
Retail products may be eligible for exchange if unopened and returned within 7 days, subject to product condition and availability.
Refunds are not provided for:

Dissatisfaction with results due to factors outside the esthetician’s control (e.g., skin sensitivity, hair growth cycles)
